These gluten-free banana oat pancakes are super easy and delicious!
Gluten-Free Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup oats
Mix all the ingredients together. Use a 1/2 cup measurement to drop batter on a griddle and cook until done.
Serve with warm pure maple syrup and enjoy!
