A few weeks ago we were invited to celebrate the Adirondack Winery’s 7th anniversary. Really, 7 years? Wow.
It’s so exciting to see this family-owned and run business thriving. We’ve watched them go through so many changed and growth spurts — new wines, renovated and rerenovated tasting room, a new design. So many great things.
My first Adirondack anniversary event was a small, multi-night gathering at the tasting room in Lake George. Now, they have grown so much that the event is held at a local hotel to accommodate all the people who want to share in celebrating their success.
The evening, as always, consisted of sampling their award-winning wines, some great locally catered food inspired by their wines, as well as games and prizes.
If you are visiting the area, or even if you are a local, stop in and taste some of their wine, or buy a bottle for you or as a gift. I use their wines as gifts all the time, and I always receive compliments.
