This is one of my favorite breakfasts! The way I make it, it is dairy free and gluten free, but you can use whatever type of bread you would like.
It’s pretty healthy, has protein and at least for me, it fills me up, and I don’t feel hungry.
And, making it is super easy! Take two pieces of toast, I used Rudi’s gluten-free, dairy-free cinnamon raisin bread, smear a decent amount of almond butter and top with sliced bananas.
It’s that easy!
