Jalapeño Tomato Pizza

This dairy-free, gluten-free pizza is just a bit spicy and came straight from the garden. Almost all the ingredients, except for the crust, were grown in my garden — even the sauce was made from from homegrown tomatoes.

I only used one pepper, but if you want it spicier, use several. Its all about playing with the ingredients to fit your taste. 

Jalapeño Tomato Pizza

1 Udis gluten-free pizza crust (or your favorite brand)
2 medium roma tomatoes, sliced
1 jalapeño, sliced
1 cup tomato sauce 
Sea salt
Fresh ground pepper
Dried basil
Preheat the oven to 380 degrees, or whatever your pizza crust package requires. 
Cover the crust with the tomato sauce, then arrange the tomatoes followed by the pepper slices. Season with sea salt, fresh ground pepper and basil. 
Bake for about 12 minutes or until the crust is crispy.
