I have been addicted to smoothies lately! They are so healthy, and I’ve been creating all kinds of flavors.
This one is vegan, gluten free and raw. Since it’s just for me, I use a small single-serve blender that is perfect for me to pour into my to-go cup or if I’m drinking it at home, just stick a straw in it.

1 cup blueberries
8 strawberries
2 medium peaches
2 ice cubes
Chop the strawberries and the peaches. Place the blueberries, strawberries and blueberries in the blender. Blend until smooth, add the ice and blend until smooth.
