After having several bad experiences with frozen gluten-free prepared meals, I decided to stay away from them. Spending money on something I was always just throwing away anyway was not budget friendly.
But, I ran out on my lunch break to get eye drops, and happened to walk past a big display of Amy’s frozen products. Since I was hungry, they caught my eye, and I’m glad they did.
On a whim, I decided to try their gluten-free rice mac and cheese.
You can’t taste a difference in the pasta and the creamy cheesy sauce is the same great taste you get from their non-gluten free one.
As you can see, I really enjoyed it. By the time I thought to write about for others who might be going through the same should/shouldn’t I buy a frozen gluten-free meal, I was already done eating it!
