Some people love them. Some people hate them. I happen to be a fan. Even if there is just a little bit in the pot, I will usually save it and either have it has a snack the next day or incorporate it into something else I’m making.
It got me wondering how other people eat their leftover spaghetti.
For example, my mom used to put heat a little bit of olive oil in a pan and heat the spaghetti. Sometimes she would almost fry it, because the macaroni would have a slight crunch to it.
I also wondered if I was the only one who preferred spaghetti cold?
