Summer makes eating healthy really easy because there are so many fresh fruits and veggies available. This fruit salad is really quick to whip together and can stay in the fridge for at least 3 days. I make a batch and then separate it into containers to take to work with me.
Items to pick up:
1 container blueberries
1 container strawberries (sliced in quarters)
2 Granny Smith apples (chopped)
2 cups grapes (sliced in half)
Take all your fruit and combine it in a plastic container and toss. It’s really that simple!
